Summary

POV Speelbos in Oldenzaal, part of Stichting Humankind, was inspected unannounced by GGD Twente on 26 March 2026. The toddler daycare (peuteropvang) accommodates up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years and provides pre-primary education (voorschoolse educatie) using the Piramide program. All assessed areas – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights – comply with legal requirements. The pedagogical practice scores well on emotional safety, respectful interaction, and language stimulation. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Oldenzaal not to apply enforcement measures.
