Kindcentrum de Vliertuin

Welcome to Kindcentrum de Vliertuin! We offer childcare at two locations. Our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) is located at Sportpark de Klep and provides day care for children from 0 to 4 years old and preschool/toddler care for children from 2 years old. Our after-school care (BSO) is located in the primary school in Middelbeers and offers before-school and after-school care for children from 4 to 13 years old. In our daycare center, we work with horizontal groups, which means that children of the same age are placed together in a group. We have two baby groups, one toddler group and two preschool groups. We offer a safe foundation in a challenging environment where a child can develop to their full potential. We work with themes covering all developmental areas, with special attention to social-emotional and language-speech development. Our green garden offers plenty of playtime fun with a sandbox, outdoor kitchen, bicycles, balance beams, crawl tunnels and a slide. Even the very youngest can play safely outdoors in our special baby meadow. Our BSO has five base groups: the Kanjers, Spetters and Flitsers for children from 4 to 7 years old, and the Bikkels and Binkies for children from 7 to 13 years old. We offer a varied range of activities where children can discover and develop new talents. Child participation is important to us; we involve the children in creating the program and regularly ask which materials they are missing. During school holidays and in-service days, the BSO is open all day and we organize extra activities and outings.
