The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the new Partou after-school care (BSO) at Sam van Houtenstraat 2 in Amsterdam on 22 July 2025. This was an application inspection for an after-school care facility with 30 places for children aged 4 to 12 years, located in De Timotheusschool. The actual practice was not assessed; only the plans and documentation were reviewed. The location does not yet meet all quality requirements, but the operator has demonstrated that this will reasonably be the case by the time operations begin. There were two shortcomings that have been resolved: the location guide initially did not meet all requirements, and the lease agreement insufficiently allocated shared spaces with the BSO. Both were subsequently approved in amended form. The establishment has not yet been registered in the Commercial Register (Handelsregister). The GGD advises the municipality to permit operation from 31 August 2025.
