Summary

Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted a follow-up investigation on 11 December 2025 at childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Opa Bakkebaard in Doetinchem. This investigation followed an earlier violation identified on 15 July 2025, which found that the provider kept no record of hours spent on guidance and mediation per childminder (gastouder). The municipality of Doetinchem sent a formal direction letter on 4 September 2025. The follow-up investigation shows that the violation has been resolved: the provider was able to demonstrate by email that the requirement of 16 hours per childminder (gastouder) per year is being met. The provider is requested to maintain structural records of this going forward.
