Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Ms. E.G. Kolkman-van der Schoot at Zaadmarkt 99a in Zutphen. The inspection took place on 22 July 2025 on behalf of the municipality of Zutphen. The prospective host parent intends to care for a 3.5-month-old baby on Wednesdays and occasionally at flexible times at the parents' address. She already has work experience as a host parent with another family. During the investigation, documents were reviewed, a site visit was conducted, and an interview was held with the host parent.
