Kinderopvang Doerak

At Eigen&Wijzer Doerak childcare in Makkum, we offer small-scale childcare for children from 0 to 13 years in a completely newly furnished building at Gedempte Putten 24. Since 1 April 2025, we have been part of Eigen&Wijzer, and together with our trusted team of childcare professionals, we look forward to a bright future. We provide daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for babies and toddlers (0-4 years) in horizontal groups (0-2 years and 2-4 years), stimulating development in language, speech, thinking, motor skills, play, and social-emotional skills. Babies receive loving care and calm, while toddlers get more challenge and freedom. From age 2, children can also attend preschool/toddler care (peuteropvang). Our location has a spacious green outdoor play area where children play with sand and water, climb and scramble, and discover plants, flowers, and creatures. We regularly go on adventures on and over the dike and in the surrounding area. We work together with DKC Sint Martinus and IKC De Ark and serve as a meeting place for children from various schools and associations. Our opening hours during school weeks: KDV from 07.00/08.00 to 17.00/18.00. During holidays: KDV from 07.00/08.00 to 17.00/18.00.
