Summary

PS Idenburg (daycare center/kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Andijk provides early childhood education for up to 16 toddlers aged 2-4 years in one core group. The inspection of 15 May 2024 found that the pedagogical climate, health and safety policy, parent information provision, and complaints procedure are in order. The Startblokken early education programme is visibly implemented, parents are actively involved, and the building is safely arranged. However, there is one shortcoming: a kindergarten teacher from the adjacent primary school who daily assists with supervision during outdoor play does not hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct for childcare (VOG kinderopvang) and is not registered in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK).
