Summary

On 4 August 2026, GGD Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced further investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Partou In den Houte in Noordwijkerhout. This investigation took place at the request of the municipality of Noordwijk, following previously identified shortcomings in the area of pedagogical climate during the inspection on 10 March 2026. The location provides care for 61 children aged 0 to 4 years in a monumental building. During the investigation at the baby group Het Uilennest, staff were observed for emotional safety, personal and social competencies, and the transfer of values and norms. All assessed quality requirements in the domain of pedagogical climate were now met. The advice to the municipal executive is: no enforcement.
