Dikkertje Dap Peutergroep

Welcome to Peutergroep de Flief at Berkenlaan 106 in Zutphen. Our toddler group is part of Kindcentrum de Flief, a collaboration between basisschool de Flief and Dikkertje Dap Childcare since 2014. We provide care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a continuous learning line with education. At Peutergroep de Flief, we work with the VE (early childhood education) methodology 'Startblokken', a great preparation for primary school. Our toddler group is located next to groups 1/2, allowing toddlers to get acquainted with the school and the kindergarten children. This ensures that the transition to primary school is less significant. We work according to the core values of Kindcentrum de Flief: safety, regularity, trust, respect, love, and care. We interact with each other according to the rules of the Kanjertraining: we help each other, trust each other, don't laugh at each other, no one plays the boss, no one acts pitiful, and we have respect for others and ourselves. At the toddler group, activities are organized specifically for toddlers only, which has a stimulating effect on play, growth, and child development. We seek the right balance between effort and relaxation for the toddler. You are always welcome to come and visit and get to know our toddler group.
