Summary
GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 19 May 2026 at childminder Kaddouri in Lelystad. During the visit, it appeared that the childminder was not providing childcare. She spoke to the inspector from a window on the first floor and was unable to come downstairs. The childminder stated that she was not providing childcare and did not know when she would resume. The childminder agency Tiqui confirmed that the last childcare took place on 13 March 2026 and that there is no prospect of resumption. The agency will terminate its mediation. The childminder wished to remain registered in the LRK, but the inspector pointed out that this is not possible indefinitely.
