During the follow-up investigation, the childminder was not present due to illness; care had been temporarily suspended. The inspector could therefore not determine whether the violation had been resolved. The childminder has indicated that care cannot temporarily continue; alternative care has been arranged. A maximum term of three months applies for resumption, otherwise deregistration will follow.
