Summary

An annual inspection was carried out on 16 January 2026 at the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Mrs. Mortko in Vlijmen. The childminder provides after-school care (BSO) to four children aged 8 to 13 years at the requesting parent's address. Although the childminder meets all requirements, two recovery offers were issued due to violations in the area of safety and health. The violations concerned an outdated risk assessment with various safety risks (wood-burning stove, sockets, cleaning products, swimming pool, stair gate, smoke detectors) and the childminder's lack of awareness regarding reporting, consultation, and mandatory disclosure obligations. Both violations were resolved within the set timeframe. The advice to the municipality is no enforcement action.
