Summary

This is the inspection report of an annual investigation into the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms S.E. Rijsbergen in Wassenaar, conducted by GGD Haaglanden. The childminder provides care for 5 children aged 1-10 years at the requesting parent's address, with placement through Mare gastouderbureau. The inspection took place unannounced on 3 November 2025. Overall, the care provision meets the statutory requirements well in the areas of registration, pedagogical climate, accommodation and safety. One violation was identified regarding the reporting, consultation and disclosure obligation, in which the childminder was insufficiently aware of the procedure for suspected abuse by the childminder agency. Following a recovery offer, the childminder has since acquired this knowledge and now meets the requirements.
