All childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (LRKP) and meet the statutory quality requirements. The agency has an active parent committee that is involved in new developments and critically reviews policy. GGD inspection reports for both the agency and affiliated childminders are publicly available via the website. The agency works in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG) and has a privacy policy that complies with current legislation.

The agency is regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and no violations were found during the last inspection. All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and are properly linked in the Childcare Persons Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The agency carries out annual risk assessments and spends a minimum of 16 hours per year on guidance per childminder.
