Initially, there was one shortcoming: the volunteer who collected a child from school did not have a signed agreement, and it was unclear whether parents had given consent. This was in violation of the pedagogical policy plan. Following a recovery offer, the childminder completed and signed the required agreement within two weeks. All other assessed requirements were found to be in order immediately, including registration, pedagogical practice, expertise, accommodation and safety.
