Kidsicosi applies a transparent and simple fee structure. For parents, the agency costs are €55 per month for 1 child, or €59.50 per month for 2 or more children, regardless of the number of care hours. There are no registration fees. The care costs are determined by the childminder in consultation with the parent, whereby Kidsicosi deducts 5% cashier fees from the agreed hourly rate. For care addresses outside the Municipality of Venlo, travel costs are charged (€0.25 per kilometre) for the mandatory visits for risk assessment and evaluation.

Kidsicosi applies strict screening requirements for childminders in accordance with legal requirements. Every childminder must hold: an officially recognised diploma (such as SPW2 Helpende or equivalent), a valid First Aid for Children certificate, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for themselves and any household members aged 18 or over, and a valid proof of identity. In addition, Kidsicosi carries out an annual risk assessment for safety and health at each care location and draws up an action plan to reduce risks. Childminders receive at least 16 hours of mediation and guidance per year.

Kidsicosi is a fully certified childminder agency that amply meets all legal requirements. The agency is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK 185088399) and is inspected annually by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Kidsicosi is affiliated with the Childcare Complaints Committee and the Complaints Chamber Parent Committee Childcare, and has received a 'complaint-free' certificate annually since 2016. All childminders must hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and meet strict qualification requirements, including a recognised diploma and first aid certificate.
