BSO De Braam provides loving care for children aged 4 to 12 years at Kindcentrum De Hasselbraam. Together we explore the world around us every day.
Our after-school care is located in Kindcentrum De Hasselbraam at Beukenlaan 45 in Etten-Leur. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 years, where together with the children we discover the world around us. Our team of pedagogical staff is ready to provide children with a warm and safe environment after school.
As part of Norlandia childcare, we work from our core values: safety, warm care and development. We believe in the importance of learning through play and offer activities that connect with children's world of experience. Our location in Kindcentrum De Hasselbraam gives us the opportunity to use the facilities of the children's center, allowing us to offer a rich learning and play environment.

Summary
On 9 April 2026, GGD West-Brabant conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) De Braam in Etten-Leur, part of Norlandia Kinderopvang Zuid B.V. The investigation followed two violations identified during the annual inspection on 2 February 2026: no mentor assigned to all children (Article 18 mentorship) and an incomplete emergency backup staffing arrangement. At this follow-up investigation, both violations were found to have been resolved. The location manager had assigned a mentor to all children on 24 February 2026 and, on 9 April 2026, submitted a revised emergency backup staffing arrangement with persons who can be present within 15 minutes. Behavioural agreements have been made to prevent recurrence. The provider now meets all assessed legal requirements.
