Buitenschoolse Opvang Huissteden 1401

At Kinderopvang De Eerste Stap, we believe that joy is the essential foundation for developing children's social and personal skills. We offer a safe, stimulating and loving environment where every child feels seen and heard. Our childcare staff are fully dedicated to your child's development, ensuring they experience warmth and security. Our after-school care (BSO) locations are in the Wijchen, Ravenstein, Grave and Boxmeer regions, often located near primary schools. We work closely with these schools to ensure a seamless transition and a familiar environment for your child. Our BSO offers theme-based and age-appropriate activities that provide everything your child needs to develop optimally. This allows your child to be completely themselves and feel at home with us in no time. We place great value on clear communication with parents and provide room for children's development according to our pedagogical plan, which is linked to four educational goals: providing emotional security, developing social competencies, developing personal competencies, and instilling norms and values. We ensure children's safety and health by following a responsible nutrition policy and strict hygiene code. Our childcare staff are well-trained and closely monitor each child's development, using the child tracking system Kijk! and the mentor role. We collaborate with other professionals and organisations to provide the best possible support and are transparent in our communication with parents.
