Summary
UniKidz Noorderpark is an after-school care location (BSO) for up to 22 children aged 4 to 13 years, located in the Oranje Nassau primary school in Amsterdam. The location is part of Unikidz B.V., which operates 20 BSO locations and 9 daycare centers (kinderdagverblijven) in Amsterdam. However, since opening on 8 April 2025, the location has not been operational due to insufficient registrations. The organization is exploring possibilities to obtain more registrations and expects to likely start in 2026. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has indicated that if there is no prospect of opening, the location must be removed from the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). The quality requirements have not been assessed because the location is not operational.
