Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) Tin Tin in Maassluis on 25 March 2025. It checked whether the location now complies with the requirement that every child has a fixed mentor. Through interviews, documents, and the site visit, it was found that all parents have been informed in writing and during intake about the group mentor; each child now has a clear point of contact. The violation identified in October 2024 has thus been lifted. The municipality is advised not to pursue enforcement.
