Our childcare offers a safe and trusted environment where children can develop through play. We have multiple locations in the municipality of De Fryske Marren, so we are always nearby. Our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) welcomes children from 0 to 4 years old. We offer a safe and trusted setting with dedicated childcare professionals. Children learn to play together, share, explore boundaries and make friends. For babies, we respect the rhythm established at home. We offer preschool education and use a secure app, the SKIK Ouder App, to keep parents informed of their child's progress. Our after-school care (BSO) is there for children from 4 to 12 years old and offers a wide range of activities, from sports and movement to creative workshops. Children have the freedom to fill their free time as they wish, while we provide support where needed. During holidays, we organize themed weeks for extra fun and development. The costs for our childcare are income-dependent, and parents can estimate the net costs with our calculation tool. SKIK is bilingual and is supported by the Sintrum Frysktalige Berne-opfang (SFBO).
