About this care
Spierplezier B.V. is a small-scale after-school care facility (BSO) located at Bangkokdreef 4 in Utrecht. Our location accommodates up to 15 children aged 4 to 12 years. Since October 7, 2024, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 381002238 and meet all legal quality requirements. We are under the supervision of the GGD Region Utrecht.
At Spierplezier, fun always comes first. Through sports and play activities, we combine parenting with play, with the development of each child at the center. Children are introduced to a variety of sports, which is not only educational but also provides a daily enjoyable experience. Everyone can participate at their own level in our activities.
Our experienced and committed pedagogical staff build loving relationships with the children and create a safe and stimulating environment. We see children grow in their self-confidence and social skills through our approach. Summary
BSO Spierplezier at Bangkokdreef 4 in Utrecht provides after-school care (BSO) for 15 children aged 4-12 from primary school De Schakel. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection took place on 15 January 2025, three months after registration. Two shortcomings were identified: the pedagogical policy did not sufficiently describe how the three-hour rule is applied, and the safety policy was not accessible via the website. Both issues were resolved through a recovery offer in February 2025. The pedagogical practice appears positive: children experience a safe, challenging atmosphere with engaged supervision. Staff hold the correct diplomas and Certificates of Conduct (VOGs), the premises are safe and more than adequate, and parents are well informed. The municipality was advised not to apply enforcement.
