The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 29 April 2026 at after-school care (BSO) KC De Fonkel in Tilburg, part of De Spelende Kinderopvang. The location provides care for 44 children aged 4 to 12 years in two base groups.
