The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report dated 16 March 2026 concerns a follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) De Schatkist in Heerhugowaard, conducted by GGD Hollands Noorden on behalf of municipality Dijk en Waard. The location provides after-school care (BSO) to 30 children aged 4 to 13. The investigation focused on a previously identified violation from November 2025, whereby an adult with a valid pediatric first aid certificate was not always present. The substitute staff member on 11 and 13 November 2025 had an expired certificate. During this follow-up investigation, staff schedules and first aid certificates were reviewed. The provider has taken sufficient measures: a qualified adult is now always present. The violation has been resolved.
