Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted a registration inspection on 11 November 2025 at BSO Boefje - Eendragt in Wormer, a new after-school care (BSO) for up to 15 children aged 4 to 13 years. The location was not yet in use; the indoor space was still being used by another daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) at the time of the visit. The licence holder has indicated that the space will be fully set up before the start date of 1 January 2025. The GGD reasonably assumes this will be realised on time. All assessed quality requirements have been formally met: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights. The childcare facility has sufficient indoor and outdoor space, a safety and health policy, a domestic violence reporting code (meldcode), and is registered with the Childcare Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang). Practical assessments such as the staff-to-child ratio, stability of care and knowledge of the reporting code will be tested during the first annual inspection. The licence holder has not submitted any response.
