Nanny Service Nederland has three locations serving different regions in the Netherlands. The head office in Haarlem serves the West region, the location in Assen serves the North region (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe), and the location in Bavel serves the Brabant region. Each region has its own contact person for personal guidance.

Nanny Service Nederland is inspected annually by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) on all guidelines of the Childcare Act. The GGD assesses agreements, risk inventories, evaluations, and the guidance of families and Nannies. To date, the agency has received the green colour code every year, the highest rating. The agency is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number: 160395008 for head office) and meets all legal requirements for childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag).
