How can I customize my childcare page?

If you want to adjust the profile of your childcare or add information, sign up and claim your location. Click 'For providers' at the top right. Sign up by entering your details and claim your childcare by searching by address, postal code or the name of the childcare. When you have claimed a childcare, it will appear under 'My childcare'. As soon as our admin has checked your details (usually within 1 working day), you can adjust the page of your childcare. If you claim 10+ locations, our admin will contact you to possibly facilitate bulk uploads. Need help? Please contact our team via info@kiddie.nl. We're happy to help!
Are there any costs associated with using Kiddie?

Claiming and editing a location page is always free. Create a profile via 'For providers' at the top right to get started. Using the calculator is also completely free. In addition, we offer packages with additional features and more visibility for your location(s).
How do I get in contact with parents searching via Kiddie?

Parents who want to register contact the childcare location directly. On the location page you can easily adjust your contact details. Can I remove my location from Kiddie?

To answer this question we assume two scenarios: the childcare is open, or the childcare is closed (both temporarily and permanently). The childcare is open: we think it is important that parents can find all registered locations near them. Therefore we do not remove locations that are registered as active in the LRK. The childcare is closed: is the childcare closed, temporarily or permanently, for whatever reason? Please contact info@kiddie.nl mentioning the (former) LRK number and the reason for closure.
