Zonnewind

At BSO Zonnewind on Oude Amersfoortseweg 196 in Hilversum, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years. We work according to the principles of Waldorf/Steiner pedagogy, which means we use an educational approach that aligns with the developmental stages of the child. This approach is reflected in our daily rhythm, seasonal activities, and the use of natural materials. Our location is housed in the same building as the Windkanter preschool, with which we collaborate closely. We have three groups set up: two groups for children aged 4 to 7 years and one group for children aged 8 to 12 years. This allows us to meet the different needs and developmental stages of the children. We provide care for up to 44 children and work with a team of professional pedagogical staff who are specialized in Waldorf education. Our spaces are furnished with natural materials and offer a warm, homely atmosphere where children feel safe and secure after a school day. The location is situated in the Van Riebeeckkwartier in Hilversum Zuidoost and is easily accessible. We operate under Stichting BINK, an organization with extensive experience in childcare in the region.
