ZON! Scharrelpeuters

Welcome to ZON! Scharrelpeuters, our unique toddler adventure playground located at Bieslandsepad 16 in the Delftse Hout. As part of Kinderopvang ZON!, we provide an extraordinary half-day care program for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a beautiful natural area on the outskirts of Delft. Our location is specially designed as the first toddler adventure playground in the Netherlands, where children spend almost the entire morning outdoors. From 8:00 AM, we welcome the children with a campfire and a storybook, after which the rain suits and rubber boots go on for a morning full of discoveries. Our pedagogical staff guide the children in searching for ants, spiders, and gnomes in the trees, with imagination and nature experience at the center. We believe that nature experience is essential for children's development. That's why our toddlers daily get acquainted with birds, insects, and the growth and flowering of plants and trees. We regularly go on adventures in the immediate vicinity - to the petting zoo, the Papaver, or the arboretum - always under loving and expert guidance. The Delftse Hout offers endless possibilities for discovery and wonder. Our half-day care is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing parents to qualify for childcare allowance. With a maximum of 16 children per day, we offer a safe and intimate environment where each child gets the space to develop at their own pace. At ZON! Scharrelpeuters, we challenge children to face the world with confidence, where playing, romping, and making discoveries that no one has ever made before are daily fare.
