Zo aan de Dortmundstraat

Welcome to Zo aan de Dortmundstraat, our childcare centre right in the heart of Nieuw-Vossemeer. Here we provide daycare (KDV) for children aged 0–4, toddler care with pre-school education (VVE) for children aged 2–4, and after-school care for children aged 4–12. This location uses a vertical group structure: all children aged 0–4 are together in one group, allowing them to learn from and with each other through play. Our pedagogical staff work from a clear vision on baby pedagogy and toddler stimulation. We tailor activities to each child’s developmental age and offer special programmes such as sensory relaxation (snoezelen) and Peuterplus. Whenever the weather allows, we head outside: we play in our spacious, sunny garden with its own gypsy wagon, take walks through the village, or visit the deer. Thanks to close cooperation with primary school Merijntje – which borders our playground – the children become familiar with the school environment at an early age. Together we organise themed activities around Sinterklaas, Easter and Children’s Book Week. At Zo aan de Dortmundstraat we value sustainability, growth, fun and connection.
