Zegveld

BSO Zegveld is located inside primary school De Jorai at Nieuwstraat 9, right in the centre of Zegveld. We provide after-school care for children aged 4–12 from both De Jorai and De Miland schools. We are open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. During school holidays care is offered at BSO Bengels in Woerden. We aim to create a home-like atmosphere where children feel at ease. Each afternoon starts with a shared moment: enjoying a snack and a drink together. Afterwards children decide for themselves whether to play freely or join a themed activity. Knowing that pupils have already had a busy day at school, we balance relaxation with plenty of opportunities to unwind. Our very large and challenging outdoor playground gives children space to let off steam. Our pedagogical approach follows the “Pedagogisch Hart” framework of Kind & Co Ludens. We give children room to be themselves, offer trust and learn together. We see our setting as a mini-society in which we care for one another and for the world around us. Play is discovery and learning, so every day we provide an inspiring and stimulating environment. In short, at BSO Zegveld children have time to breathe, play and grow in a safe, familiar place.
