Welcome to Yippee Small-Scale Childcare at Keizersmantel 443 in Sneek. We are a warm and homely daycare centre where up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years play, discover and grow together in one vertical group. Our location is situated in the child-friendly Duinterpen district and offers a safe environment in which every child is given the space to develop at his or her own pace. At Yippee we work with fixed pedagogical staff who really know each child. We maintain a child-staff ratio of about 6 children per professional, so there is always enough attention and time for a cuddle, a story or a reassuring word. Our approach is flexible: parents pay by the hour and can indicate drop-off and pick-up times themselves. Swapping days is also possible, so that the care matches your family situation. We provide pre-school education (VVE), in which language development and social skills are stimulated in a playful way. For the very youngest we provide bottle feeding and change the nappies that are included in the care. There is a separate bedroom where children can sleep peacefully when they need it. We also have a safe outdoor playground where children can get fresh air every day and romp around with peers. Yippee is open all year round from Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm; we are only closed on official public holidays.
