Wonderboom

Wonderboom Out-of-School Care is part of Stichting Vrije Kinderopvang Eindhoven and, together with Vrije Basisschool De Regenboog, forms a SPIL-centre located at Mimosaplein 1 in Eindhoven. The site provides after-school care for up to 52 children aged 4 to 12. Housed in a charming former school building in the heart of a green residential area, we offer plenty of space to play and explore both indoors and outdoors. Our recently renewed natural garden has something special for every child: from quiet corners to a football goal. We love picnicking in the park right outside and regularly head out to the forest. Thanks to the close partnership with De Regenboog primary school, we can pick up and guide the children smoothly and familiarly after school. A permanent team is always on hand, working in small groups so that every child receives the attention they deserve. Our approach is rooted in Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy: every child is free to be themselves and is given space to shape their own development. Whether it’s romping outside together, building dens, playing games or simply doing nothing – it’s all possible at Wonderboom BSO. Our goal is for children to go home smiling and full of stories.
