BSO Wispeltuut

Welcome to BSO Wispeltuut, our warm and welcoming after-school care located at Godelindedwarsstraat 34 in Bussum. We provide children aged 4 to 13 with a place where they can develop by exploring, experimenting and learning. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang Stampertjes, we stand for small-scale, involved childcare where every child is central. Our day starts between 14:15 and 15:00 when we pick up children from De Hoeksteen, Juliana Daltonschool, Vondelschool and Katholieke Montessorischool. At 15:15 we sit together at the table for fresh organic fruit or vegetables and water or unsweetened tea. We make room for the children's stories and then inform them about the afternoon's activity programme. Around 17:00 the children get another drink with possibly a cracker or dried fruit. Our activity programme is varied and challenging. We offer both free and guided activities, taking into account differences in development, interests and needs of the children. We collaborate with specialist providers such as Gooise Meren Beweegt, Judoschool van der Hoek, Yoga Beer Bussum and Reino Graffiti. Children are actively involved in choosing and preparing activities, increasing their engagement. During school weeks we are open from 14:00 to 18:00. During holiday weeks and study days from 8:30 to 18:00. We have 3 weeks summer closure and 2 weeks Christmas closure. With a maximum of 44 places, we offer a safe and homely environment where children can be themselves and grow in self-confidence.
