Weidetuin

Welcome to after-school care Weidetuin, part of Kober childcare, located at Draaiboom 12 in Breda. Our BSO is housed in dedicated spaces within primary school Weilust and provides care for children aged 4 to 13. We collaborate with primary schools Weilust and De Tweesprong, allowing us to accommodate children from various neighborhoods. At Weidetuin, children can go in any direction they choose! We offer a diverse range of activities. In our atelier, children can engage in creative pursuits such as brewing 'elf snot' or crafting with various materials. The construction area provides space for building with Kapla and other materials. Our sports instructor guides athletic activities in the gymnasium, including acrobatic games and other sports challenges. Outside, children can play ping-pong, roller skate, or simply enjoy our playground. For children who want to relax, there's a cozy living room where they can chill with friends on the couch. We work with age-based groups, allowing children to play with peers and participate in activities suited to their development. Together with Nieuwe Veste and De Stilte, we bring extra culture and dance to our location. We use the DoenKids program, a database full of activities, ensuring each day is different while still providing a consistent routine. Our care is designed to give children space to develop, discover new talents and hobbies, and play together with peers. We offer before-school care from 7:30 to 8:45 AM and after-school care from 2:45 to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (Wednesday only before-school care). The hourly rate includes food, drinks, fruit, healthy snacks, extra activities, excursions, and theme weeks.
