Wasko Den Hoek KC BSO

BSO Den Hoek is part of the Den Hoek child centre located in the multifunctional building at Schoolstraat 3G in Hoogblokland. Children in grades 1 through 8 are welcome before and after school to both release and recharge their energy. We work from a positive approach: we believe children develop better and gain self-confidence this way. Our pedagogical staff look at each child’s talents, monitor their development, and offer activities that match what the child needs. Our activity programme is broad and varied. We draw from the DoenKids activity library, ensuring there is always something fun and educational for every age group. Children are invited to help shape the programme, as they know best what they need. In addition, we make use of the spacious schoolyards of OBS Den Beemd and CBS De Wegwijzer, where children can climb and clamber to their heart’s content. Of course, there is also space to quietly unwind after the school day. Everything we do is done in partnership with parents. Through the Parent App we keep you updated on your child’s adventures: a cheerful dance, an enthusiastic football match, or a homemade soup in the toy kitchen – you’ll see it all. This way, you’re always a little bit close, no matter where you are.
