Wasko Het Ooievaarsnest BSO

Welcome to BSO Het Ooievaarsnest, part of Stichting Wasko, located at Leeuwerikstraat 4 in Groot-Ammers. We provide small-scale, high-quality after-school care for up to 19 children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 22 August 2016 under number 674779861. We focus on each child’s development. We observe their talents, monitor their progress, and offer activities tailored to their needs. Our pedagogical staff and teachers work closely together to ensure a seamless connection between care and education in a familiar environment where every child feels safe and welcome. Our BSO is open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The day begins calmly with a healthy breakfast from 7:00 AM, allowing children to start their school day relaxed. After school, children can choose from various activities: playing outside in our spacious playground, being creative, playing games, cooking or baking, or simply relaxing with a book. During school holidays, we offer an extensive activity program, including excursions to places like the Zuiderzee Museum, climbing forest, or the theater. Our activities align with the themes of the child center, providing children with a continuous and enriching program. We operate on a small scale, allowing us to know each child personally and cater to their individual needs.
