Welcome to KDV Beatrix, located at Van der Palmstraat 8 in the heart of Papendrecht. As part of Wasko Kinderopvang, we provide loving and professional daycare for children from 0 to 4 years old. We understand exactly what your child needs: quality care combined with loving attention. Every baby, toddler and preschooler receives attention tailored to their age and developmental stage. Our approach is to give children space to discover things on their own. We encourage at the right moment and provide exactly the guidance your child needs. Daily, we work with challenging themes and age-appropriate activities that appeal to children. Think of crafts, circle time games, music making and playing with peers. Our pedagogical staff provide challenging toys and creative materials that stimulate development. For the youngest children, from 0 to 1 year, we work with baby specialists. These specialists look at each baby's individual needs, allowing us to make care even more comfortable. The babies have their own playground where they can safely play and explore. Older children play outside with the kindergarten children from the adjacent school, creating a natural transition to primary school. KDV Beatrix is a VE location (early childhood education). This means we pay extra attention to language development and possible language delays. We work according to the guidelines of preschool education, where we work on each child's development through play. Our location is designed with different corners and spaces that invite play and learning. We have a sleeping area for the youngest children and a large garden with play equipment suitable for all ages. We believe it's important that parents are involved in their child's development. Therefore, we regularly talk with parents about progress and share daily experiences. At KDV Beatrix, everything revolves around creating a warm, safe environment where children can develop into independent, curious and social individuals.
