Welcome to KDV Hummeltjeshof Wamel, a small-scale, loving private daycare where personal attention and familiar care are central. Since 2017, we have been located in the VTC on Dorpsstraat in Wamel. With three horizontal groups – Bengeltjes and Boefjes for children aged 0-4 and Bandietjes for children aged 2-4 – we provide a homely environment where every child feels safe and valued. Our cozy and warm indoor space is invitingly designed and exudes coziness. For every developmental stage, there is a comfortable place to play and grow. Our green outdoor area is a wonderful natural playground with a separate baby area, ensuring all children can play safely. We also border a public playground that we regularly enjoy. We love to use our surroundings. With our Hummeltjes, we walk to the petting zoo or the dike and regularly go on outings, of course with parental permission. Arts and crafts are important activities, as is language development. We believe children learn and develop through play. Our team consists of permanent, professional, and loving childcare workers, each bringing their own qualities. We work with fixed staff on fixed groups so children quickly become familiar. In between, we use an open-door policy where children also discover other groups and friends. We believe it's important that children feel safe, as only then can they develop and grow. At KDV Hummeltjeshof Wamel, we care for your children with great pleasure and love. We offer familiar care in a warm, homely atmosphere where every child can be themselves and grow at their own pace.
