VVE Haasje Over

Welcome to VVE Haasje Over, our preschool located at Hechtelstraat 49 in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. We are part of Impuls Kinderopvang, the Amsterdam organization with the longest experience in playful learning. We welcome curious toddlers aged 2 to 4 in a familiar environment where play, discovery and movement are central. We work with the Pre- and Early School Education (VVE) program Startblokken. This learning program is precisely tailored to your child's age and interests. Our approach seamlessly connects with groups 1 and 2 of primary education. Through themes and professional guidance, we prepare your child playfully for a smooth transition to elementary school. Language development, arithmetic, reading aloud, drawing, listening, singing and movement are all covered - both indoors and outdoors. Our preschool is located in the same building as primary school De Vlaamse Reus, making the transition to elementary school even easier. We provide care on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1:50 PM. Our rates include diapers, meals, healthy snacks and drinks. For children with special dietary requirements, we ask parents to bring the necessary food. Communication takes place through the Parent App where we share weekly photos, keeping you informed of all the beautiful moments. We believe that children develop best in an environment where they feel safe and at home. That's why we create a place where your child can grow and flourish together with peers, ready for the next step to elementary school.
