IKC de Kikker II

Welcome to IKC de Kikker II, our small-scale daycare centre in the heart of Amsterdam Nieuw-West. We provide care for up to 13 children aged 2 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. As part of Stichting Impuls, we operate according to national quality standards and have been registered in the National Childcare Register since 26 October 2012. At IKC de Kikker II, preschool education is central. We work with the Preschool and Early Education (VVE) programme Piramide, which is specifically tailored to the developmental stage of toddlers. Through thematic work, we stimulate your child's language development, numeracy skills and social skills. Our professional pedagogical staff offer challenging activities such as reading, drawing, singing and movement, both indoors and outdoors. We believe it is important that parents remain involved in their child's development. Through the Parent App, you receive weekly photos and updates about your child's experiences, so you can also enjoy the beautiful moments at home. Our rates are transparent and include nappies, healthy snacks and drinks. IKC de Kikker II is specially designed for curious toddlers who want to develop through play. In our small groups, your child receives all the attention and guidance needed to confidently start primary school.
