Vrolijk Kinderopvang Almere is a small-scale daycare centre located at Makassarweg 80 in Almere Buiten. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since December 1, 2017, under number 607646901. At Vrolijk, we work from a holistic vision where play is the starting point and development naturally follows. We believe children develop optimally by spending lots of time outdoors. Our garden and immediate surroundings offer plenty of space to play, discover and learn. We involve children in caring for our vegetable garden and let them help harvest and prepare seasonal vegetables. This way they learn where their food comes from and develop a natural curiosity about the world around them. Our meals are 100% plant-based and seasonal. We believe it's important that children develop healthy habits and learn that tasty food can also be sustainable. Cooking and baking together is part of our daily activities. We are a green childcare centre that actively contributes to a sustainable future. We are a 'play carrier' of Growing Green Cities and contribute to a green and healthy Almere.
