Vrije Peuterklas Fred Roeskestraat

The Vrije Peuterklas Fred Roeskestraat is located on the grounds of Geert Groote School 2 at Fred. Roeskestraat 82A in Amsterdam South. As part of the Stichting Vrije Peuterklassen Amsterdam, we provide childcare for children aged 0-4 years in a protected, home-like environment. In our toddler class, we work from an anthroposophical pedagogical approach. Children are received in an atmosphere of homeliness, warmth and security. Our daily activities include singing and making music, circle games, rhythmic activities and celebrating seasonal festivals. These elements form important pillars in the children's daily routine. We work with small groups of maximum 15 children, allowing for personal attention for each child. The morning sessions run from 8:45 AM to 12:45 PM, during which children develop at their own pace through play. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children with warm care and respect for the unique qualities in each child. The location is part of the Waldorf school community and connects with Waldorf education, providing a continuous developmental line for children who will later attend the Geert Groote School.
