Voorschool Plus 1

Voorschool Plus 1 is located in the building of Prof. Dr. I.C. van Houteschool at Leksmondplein 27 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. We provide preschool education (VVE) for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years who need extra support in their development. Our two Plus Plus groups work with a maximum of 6 children per session, guided by two specialized childcare professionals. Children attend 2 x 4.15 hours per week and follow the regular VVE program. We specifically focus on children who can use an extra boost, for example with language delays or other developmental areas. In addition to daily guidance by our childcare professionals, we collaborate with coaches and orthopedagogical staff from Cordaan and MOC. This collaboration ensures we can precisely meet your child's needs and provide targeted support where necessary. Our approach focuses on identifying and supporting your child's development. We look at how we can connect with the toddlers and where additional guidance is desirable. The small group composition provides peace and overview, allowing us to give much individual attention. Children can progress from our care to full specialized youth care when needed. Voorschool Plus 1 is part of Swazoom Childcare. We operate Monday through Friday from 08:45 to 13:00. Registration is handled through the Parent and Child Team (OKT).
