Voorschool de Tamboerijn 2- Voorschool Plus 2

Voorschool De Tamboerijn 2 – Voorschool Plus 2 is located in De Morijn, right in the Reigersbos neighbourhood of Amsterdam Zuidoost. We work closely with primary school De Tamboerijn and provide a safe, small-scale preschool for toddlers aged 2 to 4, where learning through play is key. Our aim is to prepare your child for primary school by means of an officially recognised Early Childhood Education programme. Children are welcome Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 14:05. We organise the children in horizontal groups, so they play and learn with peers of the same age. Our qualified staff create a calm, structured environment in which every child has room to develop at his or her own pace. Language development receives special attention: we expand vocabulary, practise sounds and sentences, and stimulate each child’s curiosity. Parents can register their child from birth; actual attendance starts once the child turns two. We offer half-day sessions only, aligned with the school hours of De Tamboerijn. This way children become familiar with the school rhythm and surroundings, making the transition to group 1 smooth. Together with parents we create a warm, safe place where children feel seen and heard and come to play and learn with joy.
