Villa Vrolik

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of IKC Villa Vrolik, located at Harry Banninkstraat 3 in the Anna’s Hoeve district of Hilversum. We are part of the Integral Child Center (IKC) Villa Vrolik, where Stip Hilversum and Bink Kinderopvang work closely together under the name B@sis. Our goal is to seamlessly align education and childcare, so that children aged 4 to 12 can continue to develop in a familiar environment after school hours. Our after-school care is open every school day from 1:45 PM to 6:30 PM. Children are cared for in the same building where they attend school during the day, ensuring continuity and familiarity. We work with age-based groups, where classmates stay together under the guidance of familiar, dedicated childcare professionals. We take the time to listen to the stories about school and pay close attention to each child’s needs. Every day, we offer a varied program including sports, games, and physical activity. Our certified sports instructors lead activities in the gym or outdoors on the playground and in the garden. We also regularly organize theater, dance, and music workshops, allowing children to be creative and discover new things. Cooking and crafts are also part of the program: together we work on tasty dishes or fun craft projects, focusing on collaboration and enjoyment. During school holidays, we remain open so parents can continue to rely on us. We make use of the extensive facilities of the IKC, such as the gym, art studio, kitchen, and green outdoor spaces. In this way, our after-school care remains a familiar, challenging, and safe place where children love to come.
