Villa Petteflet

Welcome to Partou Villa Petteflet! Our daycare centre is located at Holenweg 14F in Hoorn, right next to Sportcentrum Hoorn and within walking distance of Streektuinen and the Holenkwartier neighbourhood. In our modern building with plenty of natural light, children aged 0 to 4 have all the space they need to grow and play. Everything we do revolves around creating a safe, homely atmosphere. The groups are set up like cosy living rooms with a snug reading corner, a creative construction area and a home corner where children can play “families”. Our large play hall serves as a central meeting place: here we sing and dance together, climb and clamber when it is raining outside or when it is very hot. The hall stays wonderfully cool and offers plenty of room for movement and discovery. Outdoors, the children experience a new adventure every day. Our spacious, natural outdoor area is safe and challenging for all ages. From sandpit to climbing frame, from bikes to swings: there is always something to discover. Rain or shine, we go outside! The outdoor area is directly accessible from all groups, so children can choose freely where they want to play. Collaboration is very important to us. We work closely with Eva van Hoorn, a centre for obstetrics, ultrasound and maternity care. In this way we combine our pedagogical expertise with their knowledge of postpartum and breastfeeding. We regularly organise a baby and toddler café on site, where parents can share experiences and ask questions. This collaboration makes our daycare not only a place for children, but also a meeting place for parents. Our pedagogical staff follow the unique Partou concept with six building blocks. We provide Early Childhood Education (ECE), in which we work playfully on language, numeracy and social skills. Each group has familiar faces and a mentor who gives your child extra attention. Through the Partou parent app you receive daily photos and messages, so you never have to miss anything about your child’s development. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00. Need flexibility in days? No problem! Through the app you can easily swap days or request extra childcare. We offer both full and half-day care, tailored to your needs.
