Villa Kakelbont

Welcome to Villa Kakelbont, a homely daycare centre located at Korenmolenlaan 4C in Woerden. We provide care for up to 50 children aged 0 to 4 years, divided into four groups. Our location is spacious and equipped with plenty of challenging toys, ensuring every group receives the space and stimuli suited to its developmental stage. At Villa Kakelbont we work with horizontal groups: a baby group (0-2 years) and a toddler group (2-4 years). In the baby group, rest, regularity and personal attention are central. Our pedagogical staff follow the home rhythm and give each child the care it needs. Bottle feeding, fruit and nappies are included, so parents can delegate worry-free. The toddler group challenges children with play and activities that match their curiosity and developmental phase. We believe it is important for children to play outside a lot. Every day we go outside, even when it is windy or raining. Outdoors, children develop their motor skills, discover natural materials and have space to run, jump and play. Our garden offers plenty of opportunities for safe romping. Health is high on our agenda. We encourage a healthy lifestyle through varied nutrition, sufficient exercise and regular rest periods. Parents experience our childcare as familiar and personal: we take time for a good handover and are always open to questions or requests.
