Welcome to Villa Kakelbont, a small-scale daycare centre located at De Schouw 48b in Tiel. Since 1992 we have offered a homely and safe place where children aged 0 to 4 feel at home. Our vertical group concept means that babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers play and learn together under the guidance of a close-knit, committed team. We believe in healthy childcare. That is why we go outside every day, whatever the weather. Playing in the fresh air stimulates motor development and builds resilience. In our spacious garden children can run, explore and experience natural materials. Inside we use wooden furniture and natural materials that radiate calm and spark imagination. Because we are small-scale, we know every child and every family. Lines of communication are short and parents receive personal feedback every day. We offer both full-day and half-day care and align rest and meal times with your child’s rhythm. The youngest children have separate sleeping areas; toddlers and pre-schoolers often nap together in a quiet corner of the group room. Villa Kakelbont operates according to GGD guidelines and is registered with the National Childcare Register (LRK 226234629). We are proud of our 76 places and of the trust parents have placed in us for more than thirty years.
