Villa Kakelbont

Welcome to Villa Kakelbont, our small-scale daycare centre in the Voordorp district of Utrecht. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely environment where calm and cosiness are central. We use natural materials and sustainable toys as much as possible, so your child can grow up in a safe and warm setting. At Villa Kakelbont we believe a healthy lifestyle is very important. We therefore set a good example by going outside every day, whatever the weather. Playing in the fresh air stimulates motor development and strengthens resilience. Our spacious indoor area offers plenty of freedom to explore and move, while our qualified pedagogical staff give individual attention to each child’s development. A special part of our programme is the regular visits to the adjacent residential care centre. During these encounters children have the opportunity to interact naturally with the elderly, contributing to their social and emotional development.
